Dr. Chang received her PhD in mental health economics at Kings' College London. She has been working in the field of mental health with health care providers, as well as health economists, social science researchers and neuroscientists. She attracts research funding and develops strategies to disseminate evidences into clinical practice and policy making and to support training and educational programs for clinicians. She is actively involved in international societies to build partnership with common goals of good science and good practice. She is also an advocate for mental wellbeing and a certified yoga trainer.
